Tracy (Full name: Tracy Laryssa Cassie VAN) is a Jamaican-American singer, songwriter, actress, businesswoman and dancer. She was born on September 28, 1992 in Kingston, Jamaica to a Jamaican father and a French Guyanese mother. She grew up in New York and then moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19. She made a name for herself with her first single titled "Freak" released in 2018.The single "Confiance" followed which propelled Tracy onto the mainstream scene. In the same year, she released her first album called « Truths », followed by a second successful musical project called "Goddess". In 2019 she revealed the album that will make her famous all over the world. Indeed, “Emancipations” is an  interplanetary success which will follow an exceptional world tour. Then there will be a pause in the music for her. She will star in the movie "Hustlers". She offered her fans 3 musical projects in 2020: "Mood" (an album), "Mood pt.2" (an EP) and more recently "All About Love And Life" (another EP). She also creates two companies. The first is a luxury wig brand called "BaddieXWigs." The second is a cosmetic brand named “BaddieXBeauty”. Despite a strong empire, Tracy has not forgotten her first passion: music. According to some clues on her social media, Tracy made her comeback on August 5th, 2022 with a brand new single called "BUZZ", a dancehall sounding song.
